This is a live, in person auction (no online bidding)

Public Auction of Storage Units at Access Self Storage, 5625 Groveport Rd. Groveport, Ohio 43125. Currently there are 16 units listed for sale including some 10 x 20 and larger units, although the number and type of units are subject to change up to the time of the auction. Bidder registration from 10 AM to 11:55 AM, auction to start promptly at Noon.

Terms: A valid state photo ID will be required for registration. Cash payment only in full immediately after auction. Ohio sales tax will be collected as required by law. There will be a cash deposit of $200 for each unit purchased 10 x 20 or larger, $100 per unit smaller than 10 x 20. Deposits will be returned when units are completely empty and clean. Purchased units must be emptied by end of day on Sunday, Jan. 16, 2022. (Office hours for return of deposits are Mon. - Fri. 10 AM - 4 PM, Sat. 10 AM - 2 PM).
