Items close 1 item per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).

Pick-up of items will be by appointment on Sunday, July 12, between 12 Noon and 7 PM near Mill Run just south of Fishinger Rd. off Dublin Rd. Please note that there will NOT be any loading help available at pickup; be sure you have adequate help with you to move your items from where they are now (location is noted in item descriptions) out the door of the condo and about 20-25 steps to nearest parking area.
There is no sales tax at this location.
Note that these items are in the home of a smoker and a cat owner, so if you have sensitivity to these things you should plan accordingly.

Pine painted red chest of drawers with 2 door cabinet space, currently used for TV but could also be storage as seen in identical piece in lot 4002. TV and VCR included if you want them, but you don't HAVE to take them. This piece comes apart in 2 sections top and bottom for moving. 72" tall, 60" wide, 20 1/2" deep.
